    SATURDAY October 27th @ THE FIVE SPOT — DJ Cash Money is a Philadelphia-based turntablist, hip-hop artist, and record producer. Cash Money perfected the Transformers scratch (w/Jazzy Jeff), the Pee Wee Herman scratch and pioneered the Chirp scratch. He’s competed internationally, winning the DJ World Championship in the late ’80s and being named Greatest DJ in the World. If that wasn’t honor enough, turntable manufacturer Technics made Cash Money the first inductee into the DJ Hall of Fame in 1998.

    SATURDAY APRIL 21st AT FLUID — Jay Ski was the official tour DJ for the New Jazz Philosophy tour, featuring Busta Rhymes, The Roots, Common, Talib Kweli, Mya, The Pharcyde, EPMD, Mobb Deep, and more. Jay’s latest accomplishment is being the DJ for the “One World Hip Hop Championship”, in which three episodes have aired on MTV2, hosted by Philadelphia hip hop legend Parry P. Jay Ski is also a member of the Skratch Makaniks Crew, a national DJ collective founded in 2000.

He is a master of hip-hop, a king of disco & funk, a don of electronic dance music, and his unique style and skill is able to bring it all together to rock crowds of thousands around the globe. A Philadelphia native, from a city with one of the richest DJ histories, Cosmo cut his chops alongside contemporaries such as ?uestlove and Rich Medina, and when he relocated to Brooklyn in the early ’00s he helped found the internationally known DJ / remix collective The Rub. During the past 10 years Cosmo has played the four corners of the globe and has released countless mix tapes, remixes, and records.
