About the series
Beginning as a monthly hip-hop round robin in Nashville, The Boom Bap has grown into a multi-city powerhouse with residencies in Nashville, Philadelphia, Atlanta and Miami. Three residents are joined by guest DJs and a host, rotating every five songs on two sets of turntables — records are played, and played with. July 3, 2026 — Pool party at The Pool Club, Virgin Hotels Nashville, 4–10pm, with special guests Scram Jones and Wally Sparks.
September 5, 2026 — Labor Day Weekend Pool Party at The Pool Club, Virgin Hotels Nashville, the final pool party of the season. Residents Coach, Rate Wonder and Case Bloom, with special guests DJ Bee and Wally Sparks, hosted by Dono Dagger.
