The Boom Bap Miami: feat. Boogie Blind
In October 2013, The Boom Bap took the party to Miami for the first time — the jump-off event for the Miami edition of the series, at Blackbird Ordinary.
The first Miami guest was Boogie Blind of the world-famous X-Ecutioners (NYC), joined by residents Rate, Case Bloom, DZA, DJ Ynot, and Soarse Spoken, hosted by 2 Dope Bitches.
From the original announcement: “This month, Nashville’s infamous hip-hop party is coming to Miami…. THE BOOM BAP!!” Beginning as a monthly party in Nashville centered around friends spinning the hip hop records they love, The Boom Bap had quickly become internationally recognized amongst DJs and partygoers — a brand on its own.
