February 2014’s Miami edition doubled as the limited edition Jose Mertz x The Boom Bap T-shirt release at Blackbird Ordinary — and the party doubled as a snack drive, collecting juice boxes, Lunchables, and chips for His House, the nonprofit that takes in foster kids, orphans, kids from distressed homes, and young immigrants and helps put some joy back in their lives.
