INFO
THE BOOM BAP PHILLY FEATURING DJ JS-1 HOSTED BY RAHZELDJ JS-1, hosted by RAHZEL. Born and raised in Queens, NY, DJ JS-1 was the first DJ to scratch for 2 minutes straight on live TV, and then perform a 3 man dj routine at 11:45pm LIVE in Times Square in front of hundreds of thousands of people, and aired on MTV around the globe simultaneously. — Rahzel (rhymes with ‘gazelle’), a self-defined “vocal percussionist,” has perfectly mastered this quintessential hip hop art form and has emerged as a “true virtuoso.” To hear him is to be converted.
