DJing in clubs for years you begin to see patterns. People come and go. They get married, they have kids. Things begin to blur. I have been DJing at Bar Sovereign every Thursday in Nashville from 10-2 for the past 3+ years. It is home. Part of the intent with the party is to play music that you might not hear at other times of the week. Experiences that are different from the norm slow life down momentarily. A song you haven’t heard in ages or something you’ve never heard before do something to an open mind, there is growth in those moments. Reclaim some life and shake the snow globe a bit.
